Will I Be Able to Retain My Rear Auto Level?

Yes!  Most of our conversion kits have the option to retain rear auto level.  See the options on the specific product page for more details.

I'm Interested in a Bilstein Kit. Why Can't I Just Purchase the Bare Strut and Swap My Springs and Upper Mounts Over?

Unfortunately the upper mounts and springs are different on the Magneride struts and are simply not compatible with aftermarket non Magneride bare struts. You can save the hassle of sourcing a spring compressor or of running into compatibility issues by purchasing a full kit!

Bilstein kits - limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

Modules - lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

Magdelete warrants that, during the warranty period set forth above, the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. How Will My Vehicle Ride After the Conversion Kit is Installed?

Our magdelete.com kit is the product that offers the most comparable ride quality to a new, properly functioning magneride system.

The Bilstein 4600 kit offers a firmer ride, more road feel than the magdelete.com kit.  This kit will have less body roll around corners and customers often comment that the handling feels tighter than the OEM system.  The Bilstein 4600 kit is recommended for a more performance handling feel and for customers who off-road occasionally.

The Bilstein 5100 kit is the firmest ride quality that we offer.  This product has the least body roll around corners and the most performance feel.

The Fox 2.0 kit falls in between the two previous options for softness and would be considered a good middle ground for customers who want some ride softness and some improved handling characteristics.

Can I Install the Kit Myself? Can I Purchase a Kit and Have a Local Mechanic Shop Install It?

Absolutely! All of our kits come with full instructions for both module install and installation of the parts themselves. It is difficult to assess the mechanical ability of a customer, but generally it is doable for the handyman type or backyard mechanic. You will need a variety of hand tools as well as the ability to lift the vehicle and safely support it one axle at a time during install.

If you'd like to have a local mechanic install your kit, no problem! We will happily work with your mechanic of choice if they have any questions or if any issues arise. Normal shop time to install one of our kits should be approximately five hours (plus the cost of a wheel alignment).

Why Are Your Kits Better Than The Competitors?

We offer a variety of options with much cheaper pricing.  We also offer the necessary shocks and struts as a kit, so no need to spend time unnecessarily searching for what you need. We have it all right here!

    How long will shipping take?

Shipping times strongly depend on your location. We see delivery to most major cities (and surrounding areas) within 3-5 business days of shipping. More rural and remote areas can be 4-6 business days.

We try our best to get shipments out the same or next day, but this can vary depending on order volumes. If you'd like an accurate shipping ETA, please email before ordering. Shipping ETA's are an estimate only - we recommend that you do not book installation appointments until after you've received your conversion kit.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We generally ship with either UPS, Fedex, Purolator or Canada Post (usually only for rural or remote areas).

Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that have been successfully delivered to the receivers address but have subsequently been lost or stolen.  The onus is on the receiver to ensure that they are present at the time of delivery to accept the shipment.  If the courier leaves the package unattended at the receivers address, the shipment is considered to be delivered and the safety of the shipment after this time falls on the receiver.

    What is Your Return Policy?

We have a 30 day return policy on all of the products we sell on our website. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned kits. In order to be eligible for a return, the kit must be unused. If you have an issue with your kit, please contact us using the information below.
